Job Description
Plan treatment based on the individual client's needs and resources.
Work in coordinated manner with professionals involved in patient's care to ensure interdisciplinary collaboration and continuity of services.
Provide a continuum of short and long term psychotherapy to individuals, cou¬ples, families, and groups, based on individualized treatment plans.
Maintain good communication and collaborative relationships with referring physicians and other staff, and recommend additional referrals for patients as needed.
Experience: 0 to 5 yrs.
